Embrace change

Hello families,

We are coming to the last week of our fall session and I am feeling so blessed to have you all be a part of HOPE Grove. What incredible groups we have had! It has been really fun watching children of all ages embrace free play and interact with new friends.

The weather is getting chillier and soon all of the leaves will come off the trees. It is getting dark so early and eventually snow will fall. Continue to find quiet moments of unstructured time to let your children play, continue to get outside in all weather and enjoy the beauty of nature.

I want you all to know, You are doing a GREAT job! You are raising wonderful children.

The days sometimes feel long, sometimes feel isolating and lonely; but the years really are short and each stage our children go through seems to pass in the blink of an eye in retrospect.

Make sure to take the time out of our busy days, weeks, months, seasons to focus on YOU too. Put on your own oxygen mask first, fill up your cup so you can pour onto others. Make time to relax, do something you enjoy for you, eat healthy, exercise or spend time with friends. You deserve it.
